Introducing The Welcome Hunters, a dynamic trio hailing from Southeast Nebraska. Comprised of Logan Merz, Todd Krause, and Tyson Wessels, we blend our long-standing friendship and deep-rooted passion for music into every performance. Our journey began in college, where we first connected over our shared love for music. After years of playing together informally, we officially formed our band in 2023, and we've been making waves ever since.

Our bond, forged over nearly two decades of musical collaboration, translates into a unique and engaging live experience. Each member brings their own flavor to the group: Together, we strive to create memorable performances that reflect our love for music and our commitment to entertaining our fans.

Our setlist features a nostalgic, fun, and hopefully a toe-tapping mix of covers spanning all types of country, classic rock, and hits from the 90s to today. 

Performing across Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas, we deliver shows that cater to fans of heartfelt country ballads and energetic rock classics alike. Join us for a night of music that celebrates the sounds we all love and cherish.

Our live shows are all about creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere where everyone can enjoy great music and good vibes. We mix it up with a blend of country hits, classic rock anthems, and nostalgic tracks from the 90s to today.

Tyson and Logan both sing and play guitar, blending their gritty, soulful and raw vocals and smooth riffs to create a rich, engaging sound. Todd anchors the group with his steady bass lines, adding depth and rhythm to each performance. We love interacting with our audience, taking requests, and even inviting people from the crowd to sing with us, making every show feel personal and unique.
